International users agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content, including laws regulating the export of data from the United States or your country of residence. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links and other content (Materials) that you submit, post, and display on the whozzat.com service. We may, but shall have no obligation to, remove Materials that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or infringes or violates any party's intellectual property or other proprietary rights or these Terms of Service. You may receive SMS Advertisements or offers from our Trusted Partners. No Spam Policy We at Whozzat.com are opposed to spam. Our No Spam Policy and Terms of Service prohibit all users from engaging in any activity involving spam on our service. Violations of these policies may result in immediate termination of service and legal action against any spammer. Whozzat’s Terms of Service expressly prohibit users from uploading, posting, emailing, smsing, transmitting or otherwise making available junk mail, commercial advertisements, or other form of commercial solicitation on the Whozzat website or through Whozzat’s services. Any violation of our policies, by sending unsolicited email advertisements to or through Whozzat.com computer systems, will use or cause to be used Whozzat.com servers, located in Texas. Accordingly, any unauthorized use of Whozzat.com computer systems is a violation of our policies and certain federal and state laws.
