Welcome to whozzat.com, an online personal networking service. By using the whozzat.com online personal networking service, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the whozzat.com service for any reason, and without notice, without liability to you, any other Member or any third party. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service from time to time without notice. International users agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content, including laws regulating the export of data from the United States or your country of residence. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links and other content ("Materials") that you submit, post, and display on the whozzat.com service.
Whozzat.com is its beta version and just started, so here may be some faults and flaw and we don’t give you guarantee of any offer or setvices.
We may, but shall have no obligation to, remove Materials that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or infringes or violates any party's intellectual property or other proprietary rights or these Terms of Service.

As a Member, you will be provided with a variety of services, as described on the Whozzat website (the "Services"), including the ability to earn money for referring friends to the Whozzat website. Whozzat reserves the rights to enhance, modify, or discontinue the Services, in whole or in part, at any time, for any reason, or for no reason at all, at Whozzat’s sole discretion, with or without notice to Members, and with no obligation to Members.
We will give advertisement on your mobile or on any other contacts on behalf of our advertisers. If you don want to do so, you have to write to administrator and then you will not liable for any payment.
- As a whozzat member, you can create a profile or whozzat community that includes personal information, such as your mobile phone number, gender, age, occupation and interests, plus other content. Names of persons who have referred you, names of persons you have referred and names of persons that your referrals have referred would be visible for public viewing.
- When you invite new members into your network or send messages through whozzat, we collect and maintain information associated with those messages, including email addresses and content.
- When you send and receive SMS messages to or from the whozzat website, we collect and maintain information associated with those messages, such as the phone number, the wireless carrier associated with the phone number, the content of the message, and the date and time of the transaction.
We may, but shall have no obligation to, remove Materials that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or infringes or violates any party's intellectual property or other proprietary rights or these Terms of Service.
Use of the Services by you, as Member, is subject to all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations. Whozzat reserves the right, but does not assume any obligation, to monitor the Services to enforce this Agreement. Nor does Whozzat guarantee that any monitoring it does perform will be to the Member's satisfaction. Upon learning of any violation of this Agreement, Whozzat, at its sole discretion, may terminate your access to and use of the Services, require you to remedy such violation, and/or take any other actions that Whozzat deems appropriate to enforce its rights and pursue all available remedies. Without limitation, Whozzat reserves the right to terminate your access to and use of the Services if, in our view, your conduct fails to meet any of the following guidelines:

Whoever person is connected officially threw our site in any way for example share holder, employee, helper will not liable to get any amount albeit there may be some amount is credited in their account.
We demand your complete, true and updated profile, if it doesn’t or, we can authenticate any of them, if any portion of your profile is wrong then your whole payment will be stopped and 100Rs. reduced from account of your friend who invited you.
We don’t share your contact information with any third party or any advertiser but we can use on behalf of them.
